This dataset is composed of boundary files covering the administrative regions of China, including 3 municipalities directly under the Central Government, 23 provinces, 5 autonomous regions, 113 prefectures, 30 autonomous prefectures, 8 leagues, 1723 counties, 121 autonomous counties, 51 banners, 3 autonomous banners, 3 spec ial districts, 1 industry and agriculture destrict, 1 forestry district, 185 cities at the prefecture level, 279 cities at the county level and 651 districts.
The dataset includes information on geographical locations, areas, codes for administrative divisions, and names for each county and district.
