Registry Information -- Much of the information for the U.S. States/Territories and Canadian Provinces provided here is from the document Cancer Incidence in North America 1988-1992, published by the North American Association of Central Cancer Registries (NAACCR). Additional information has been gathered through communications with individual states and provinces, noted by (*). These links provide a brief description of the area registry and contact information.
On-line Sites -- A growing number of subnational area registries have developed their own web sites. The California Public Health Foundation's online site, Ask C/NET provides direct access to descriptions of the California Cancer Registry and several others. Online cancer registries are depicted below by (~) and direct links are made to their websites.
