The WDC Thematic Portal on Health provides information to environmental health researchers, health care planners, and policy makers on recently released global data sets, publications, visualization, and analyses related to environmental health issues. Individual and population health status is closely associated with human-environmental interactions and with the social, political, and economic infrastructure responsible for providing basic necessities, such as food and clean water, and for delivering health care-related services.
