Data sources Ward level boundary Coverage and data file obtained from Statistics New Zealand. Contact: Zane_Colville@stats.govt.nz Web: http://www.stats.govt.nz Outside boundary replaced with DCW. However, some complex inlets/bays in the North Island that were not included in the DCW ponet coverage were left in the ward level coverage. About four districts did not have ward level data (Nelson City, Upper Hut City, Kaikoro, Kaikoura District, and Kawerau District). The district level totals were added for those. P90E and P95E estimated based on 1991 and 1996 ward level census data.
