The Montego Bay Pilot Study is being distributed through the Inter-American Development Bank (IDB) and the United Nations Environment Programme (UNEP) initiative in the development of an information management system (IMS) to strengthen the coastal and marine resource management capabilities of member countries participating in the programme. The seventeen member countries are: Bahamas, Barbados, Belize, Colombia, Costa Rica, Dominican Republic, Guatemala, Guyana, Haiti, Honduras, Jamaica, Mexico, Nicaragua, Panama, Suriname, Trinidad and Tobago and Venezuela benefit from this project.
