The State catalog contains data on each state, including population and the number of census blocks. The Metropolitan Statistical Area (MSA) catalog contains a list of the MSAs with more than one million population included in U.S. Census Grids and their populations. The Variables catalog lists the different grids available and describes the census table and fields used for each grid.
